We are changing how jobs are found!
Culture: It is our goal to not only find the right fit professionally for both the company and prospect but also to connect those that meet each other’s expectations culturally. From our experience, it is just as important to make a match for both parties culturally as it is to meet each other’s professional requirements…Happy and engaged employees are productive employees! We accomplish this by using technology as well as in-depth interviews to better understand the needs of both parties involved. We look for those that possess a strong work ethic with a dependable track record of success.
Experience: We have worked together for the majority of 18+ years in multiple different call centers. During that time we have built many different types of teams, ramped up current teams for growth, and have had to create and fill new positions in the organization. We have had to build all types of job descriptions, and skill assessments for many different position types and possess a flexible interview process that allows us to select top-tier candidates. So, regardless of the job type, we know what a good fit “feels like”.
Communication: Being transparent, open, and honest with each other will be a critical piece of our relationship with both the company and the prospect. As the needs of the business change, we will want to evolve as to how we qualify candidates to meet new challenges.
